Klarna payment extension
"HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE MY PAYMENT?"
Simply log into the app or here and select the invoice (Akika store name) you would like to pay later to see if the option is available for your purchase. If the option is not available, the invoice date cannot be changed.
Please note: It is currently not possible to change the due date of the Klarna monthly credit statement (financial account). You can pay your Klarna balance statement anytime between the 4th and the last calendar day of the month. We recommend that you pay the low interest amount on your statement to receive the special conditions for your finance purchases.
*To make an earlier payment or change the due date, follow these steps:
If you use the Klarna app:
If you use Klarna: Sign in to the app.
Click on "My Klarna" to find the option to view your "Purchases" or all your "Payments".
Select the purchase or invoice you want to pay later and click "Payment options".
If the "Extend Due Date" payment option is available, follow the instructions to change the due date and pay later.
If you are paying through Klarna.com:
Go to https://app.klarna.com/login and log in with the email address associated with your account.
Click on "Purchases" to find the invoice you want to pay earlier or later and click on "Payment Options".
If the "Extend Due Date" payment option is available, simply follow the instructions to change the due date and pay later.
Then take the final step to get your renewal fee back.
Forward the Klarna payment extension confirmation message to our Beauty CS team at info@mydermadream.com and include the following information with the message:
Your order number
Name of the customer
Name of the bank
Name of the account
IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
Amount
Swift/BIC code
Country
If you have given us all the above information, please ask our CS team to check everything for us. If all the information you provided is correct, our finance team will process your refund as soon as possible.
