Need Help to Track Your Order

Follow these simple steps below:

1) Click on this pink circle

 

2) Click the option “Need help tracking your order”

3) Put in the phone number/email used to place the order

***Don’t remember the number or email used?

> Instead, click on the link below, “use order number + postal code”

> Your order number can be found in your email order confirmation.

4) You should now see all of your active orders

5) Select your order to see your tracking info



6) This will show you the status and location of your order

Notice at the bottom of this photo, it shows the “order” in this case is “confirmed”.

This area will continue to update as tracking is updated.
